We process your order within 24 hours.

Our current shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We mainly ship with Austrian Post.

Parcel: 1-2 business days
Letter: 3-4 business days

With every order shipped by parcel or registered letter, you will receive a tracking number so you can keep a close eye on the shipping route.

We have a separate menu item for products that are on their way for each TCG. For all products that are on their way, you can see the expected arrival date on the product detail page. As soon as the products arrive, we will ship the open orders immediately. If there are any delivery delays, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

We may also overlook something, and you can either request a return via your customer account or contact us directly. We will get back to you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable solution. Please also check our Condition Guide to see how our cards are rated.

We check all individual cards for authenticity and distance ourselves from the sale of counterfeit products.

All of our “sealed/OVP products” are actually in their original packaging.

All booster packs come from opened displays and are randomly selected from the packaging (without being weighed, of course).

Yes, you can pick up orders from us. You can select this option at checkout. As soon as we receive and process your order, we will contact you to arrange a pickup date.
