Refund policy
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us an email to shop@fabscards.at  with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, please note that the costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer (i.e. you). In certain cases, we may bear these costs (incorrect delivery).
After receipt and successful inspection of the returned goods, all payments we have received from you will be refunded immediately and at the latest within 10 days from the day on which we received the goods.
We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back.
Returning goods
You must return the goods to us immediately and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The buyer shall bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
We do not provide a return label.
Loss of value
You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods
if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties,
and functionality.
Exclusion or expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery opened or unsealed trading card products, in particular booster packs, displays, and other sealed TCG products
Goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly personalized
Gift certificates and promotional items
